- Library development via Books for Africa, St. Paul, MN, providing books and computers for teaching in local communities.
- Set up low cost WIFI extended networks to villages for education and communications.

- Affordable and sustainable housing that will define and shape neighborhoods and communities using new techniques of “Rammed Earth”, Simpoe Geodesic, Brick (made on site) and Concrete columns.
- Commercial Real Estate development and Business Parks with services that are inter-related providing employment.
- Consumer building materials business outlet for housing materials, steel and foam sandwich insulated roofing to be made on site, Ethiopia, or imported.
